About this role

Job summary To work as part of the engineering team providing a comprehensive engineering and maintenance service within the hospital, which ensures a safe environment for all Patients, Visitors, Staff and Contractors.

The role will require repair, maintenance or installation of all plant, equipment, systems and building structure/fabric.

Role:

To undertake maintenance/testing/troubleshooting of plant/equipment, ensuring compliance with current HTM recommendations / PPM Schedules and manufactures instruction, including but not limited to;

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:001 Sunday in every 4On Call Rota

Who we're looking for:

Served a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with C&G Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical field

Hold relevant certificates or be willing to undertake specialist training in specific areas

Significant experience in building services management with a track record of success

Extensive knowledge of building services

Able to prioritise demands against resources

Able to support hospital compliance with changing legislation

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Served a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with C&G Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical field
