Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant at Akari Care, your primary responsibility will be to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. This role involves working closely with care assistants to ensure all care planning needs are observed and finalized accurately. You will also assist in producing ideas for social activities and support the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues, all while upholding the values of Akari Care. A warm, approachable nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changes are vital in this role.
