Din profil Vi söker dig som har minst 25 års arbetslivserfarenhet från Filipinerna och kommer från Cebu. Har grundskoleutbildning med någon form av eftergymnasial utbildning eller motsvarande. Du behöver kunna uttrycka dig i engelska, filipino och bisaya både i tal och skrift. Du har erfarenhet av framförallt serviceyrken från Cebu. Som person har du stort intresse av att hjälpa andra människor. Du är service och lösningsorienterad och du har god förmåga att planera ditt arbete. Du drivs av att leverera resultat. Your profile We expect you to have at least 25 years of working experience from the Philippines, an advantage if you come from Cebu. You have a primary education with some form of postsecondary education or equivalent. You have experience primarily from service jobs from Cebu. You need to be able to express yourself in English, Filipino and Bisaya both in spoken and written terms. As a person, you have great interest in helping other people. You are service and solution-oriented and you have the ability to plan your work. Vi har valt att fokusera på provinsen Cebu. Du ska vara självgående och drivas av att skapa kontaker och bygga goda relationer. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara • Leta upp, dokumentera och presentera affärsmöjligheter. • Stötta och bidra med direkta råd för att förstå och hantera de kulturella skillnader som råder mellan Sverige och Filipinerna. • Utföra arbetet i nära dialog med VD och projektansvarig och väl följa upp kostnader enligt uppsatt budget. We are seeking a self-sustaining project assistant You will be a key figure in our operations with direct responsibility for our outreach activities in the Philippines. We have chosen to initially focus on the province of Cebu. You must be self driven to create contacts and building good relationships. Your main duties will be • Locate, document and present business opportunities. • Support and provide direct advice to understand and manage the cultural differences between Sweden and the Philippines. • Simpler assistant tasks as accounting work, appointments and coordination of meetings. • Perform work in close dialogue with the directing manager and be well- tracked of costs according tacked budget.
