Main duties of the job The Senior Receptionist/Administrator at Operose Health will support the Practice Manager in ensuring smooth operations at Mollison Way Surgery. With a focus on delivering great primary care, key duties include helping develop management systems, delegating tasks, promoting learning environments, and deputizing for the practice manager. Candidates should have essential reception or customer care experience, excellent communication skills, and basic PC skills, such as Word, Excel, and email. NHS or GP Practice experience is desirable. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
Supporting the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the practice where required, help develop efficient systems of management and to delegate tasks appropriately. To promote the development and maintenance of a qualify learning environments throughout the practice. To deputise for the practice manager and will be a member of the surgery team with the delegated responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the surgery. You will ensure the effective processing of all administrative work and appropriate liaison with the reception and administration team.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:
NHS or GP Practice experience and previous use of System One is desirable. Reception or customer care experience is essential as well as an excellent communicator both spoken and written. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Previous experience of working in the NHS is welcome but not essential. Package Description: How well support you:

Qualifications Essential
Essential reception or customer care experience, excellent communication skills, and basic PC skills, such as Word, Excel, and email. NHS or GP Practice experience is desirable but not essential.
