About this role
We are a South Indian specialised bistro, in Kungsholmen. ‘South Indian Market’ presents authentic cuisine from southern states of India to Gastronomy enthusiasts in Stockholm. We combine fresh ingredients from local farms with recipes from kitchens of south india, to present authentic south indian gastronomic experiences. A fresh perspective of Indian food, hitherto unknown to Sweden. We are looking for a kitchen helper and dishwasher. * Pick and wash dishes * Clean and cut vegetables and meat and chicken * Help the kitchen and chefs . * Clean serving area and kitchen. The normal working location is Sankt Eriksgatan 1. It could also be at temporary food outlets of the company (like food tent / food truck / catering locations).
