WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A disciplined, well-organised approach underpinned by the ability to communicate with people at all levels; • Strong leadership and motivational ability • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to influence • Strong business and commercial awareness with emphasis on performance and working on key performance indicators • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Progress all projects in NPD pipeline to final delivery against the NPD Process deliverables and timeline • Lead NPD category team & ensuring required level of ownership is in place for all functional activities & a high awareness of critical activities and delivery points • Maintain focus on project/gate deliverables • Conduct project risk assessment as required & define plans to mitigate risk • Proactively lead the resolution of project & product issues with NPD team • Lead regular cross functional team reviews and communicate project and issues updates to the NPD stakeholders Founded in 1967, Oriflame is a beauty company selling directly in more than 60 countries.
