Qualifications Essential

Proven experience of digital audio typing and managing a busy workload. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment. Experience maintaining electronic records and working in line with Data Protection and Caldicott principles. Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and database systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Highly organised, able to prioritise, meet tight deadlines and work accurately under pressure. Professional, approachable and able to build effective working relationships with discretion and diplomacy. Proactive mindset with confidence to suggest and support improvements to processes.
