About this role
The candidate must be eager and enthusiastic about all things related to building, construction, refurbishment of houses, villas, apartment, office renovations in the real estate services industry. I am looking for 3 construction men. You will need to have general construction skills in some of the following - carpentry, building, tiling, plumbing, electrical, plastering etc. You are required to speak English and Swedish and have a couple of years experience in the construction industry or similar experience. If you have certificates that would be great but not necessary. If you like variety in your work, you will enjoy working for SRES-Sweden AB. The job entails working on construction and refurbishment of houses, villas and apartments around the Stockholm area for the residential and commercial real estate markets.
