Education/training Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level. Experience We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more. Required experience for this roll: • Experience as infrastructure/network technician • Deep understanding and working knowledge of the full OSI model, L2 and L3 • Experience of IPSEC, SSL • Data center multi-site networking. • Multicast deployments. • Switch, Router and Firewall debugging. Work language: English Meriting - Swedish - Experience of managed services, Linux, ITIL Your tasks: - you will be partly responsible for providing a high standard of network related support and expertise during Stockholm business hours.. - System stability is key, so you will be expected to be structured in your approach and to adhere to current change management procedures. - You will also be expected to demonstrate a combination of proactive, analytical and reactive skills, to not only to maintain stability and uptime, but to help maximizing the performance potential of the network. - The infrastructure is geographically distributed throughout multiple data centers. You will be required to work closely with other teams in the organization, onboarding client networks and assist other teams during exchange upgrades. - The main focus will be to handle the Check Point firewall cluster environment. Location: Stockholm Starting: Asap UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits. The Consultant roll As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
