Clinical Nurse Specialist - Breast Care
Deliver personalised care where it matters most. GenesisCare is launching a new SACT and research service in Guildford, and were looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Breast Care) to support patients throughout their cancer journey.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly specialised oncology environment, delivering expert, compassionate care in a brand-new service.
Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will act as a Key Worker for patients, coordinating care and providing expert clinical guidance throughout treatment.
Youll work closely with consultants and the wider MDT to ensure a seamless, personalised patient experience.
What You'll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout treatment Deliver holistic assessments and personalised care plans Provide specialist advice and education to patients and families Run nurse-led clinics and support MDT decision-making Coordinate care pathways and support transitions between services Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvementPlease note: we may close this vacancy early if we receive a high volume of strong applications, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
