Job summary
Purpose of volunteering role: To support the Walsall Talking Therapies Admin Team at Kingshill Centre
This is a voluntary role which is unpaid.

Main duties of the job
This voluntary role will support the Walsall Talking Therapies team with administrative tasks such as:
Printing and enveloping patient appointment letter Covering reception as needed - welcoming patients and asking them to sign in
Emailing GP letters
Basic administration Volunteers must be able to travel to the site. Travel costs will be reimbursed.

Computer skills - competent in use of email, Microsoft Office and databases Organisational Skills Reliability: support on a regular volunteer schedule to provide consistent support Awareness of mental health Able to follow confidentiality policy and professional boundaries for their own safety and safety of the patients.
