About this role
We are looking for a Managed File Transfer (MFT) Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. You will be working in a team of highly skilled MFT specialists and you will have an opportunity work with some very high profile customers. Key Skill Requirements: • Knowledge of one or more of the following MFT Products: Globalscape EFT, HelpSystems GoAnywhere MFT and IBM Sterling MFT is required • Writing automated testing scripts utilizing selenium is required • Deep understanding of Quality Assurance and Testing • Strong problem solving and analysis skills • Previous experience in Customer Support would be an advantage • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts Minimum Qualifications: • A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines • Strong knowledge of Software Testing Methodology • Strong knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment General Responsibilities: • Support our MFT customers • Work in our Managed Services Team to provide MFT Managed Services to our end Customers • Work in our Quality Assurance Team to create test cases • Interface with our development team to clarify requirements About Accolm Accolm is an IT Software and Services company consisting of a team of highly skilled specialists with broad architectural knowledge and deep technical skills.
