Job summary Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Performance and Development Manager to join our Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) programme team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery and transformation of diagnostic services, improving access, reducing waiting times and enhancing patient outcomes across Leeds and the wider region.
This is a key role supporting the delivery and transformation of diagnostic services monitoring operational performance and service improvement across our expanding CDC portfolio. Working closely with senior operational and clinical colleagues, you will lead on performance monitoring, business planning and improvement initiatives that enhance patient access, productivity and service effectiveness for the CDC programme.

As Performance and Development Manager for the CDC programme, you will:
Lead performance reporting and monitoring across the CDC programme Support operational and strategic planning processes for CDC Coordinate and support performance Identify risks, trends and opportunities for service improvement Support the development of business cases and transformation projects Work collaboratively with General Managers, clinicians and corporate teams to deliver operational priorities in respect of the CDC Contribute to the delivery of national targets, governance standards and Trust objectives This is a full-time role and will be primarily office based with a requirement to work across other LTHT sites and the existing CDCs (Seacroft, Armley, Beeston) and will require an immediate start.
