Senior AI Program Manager role for a 6-month contract position at Belmont Lavan Ltd. Your responsibilities:
Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programs (200M–1B+ DKK scope) across IT and business domainsOwn end-to-end program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and reportingEnsure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standardsDrive cross-functional coordination across multiple teams (100–400 FTEs) and departmentsTranslate strategic priorities into clear program structures, milestones, and outcomesEngage and align senior stakeholders and executive leadership in complex environmentsDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence across program deliverySupport transformation initiatives including digitalization, simplification, and AI-enabled services
Must-have knowledge and experience
15+ years of experience in program management, IT delivery, or transformation leadershipProven track record delivering complex, high-impact programs in regulated environmentsStrong experience in banking, insurance, or public sectorDeep expertise in:Program and portfolio managementAgile and hybrid delivery modelsStakeholder and executive communicationIT systems, architecture, and service deliveryDemonstrated ability to:Manage large budgets and multi-stream programsNavigate organizational complexity and political environmentsLead through change and transformation
