About:As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms while maintaining scalable and consistent design systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex design challenges, has a strong eye for visual detail, and possesses deep expertise in modern product design practices and tools.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI deliveryDesign intuitive user experiences that align with business goals and user needsCreate high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applicationsBuild, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component librariesDevelop interactive prototypes to validate concepts and improve usabilityConduct UX research, user journey mapping, and usability testing when neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and MarketingEnsure consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across all digital productsDesign interfaces optimized for both LTR and RTL experiences, with strong attention to Arabic user behavior and typographyStay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practicesRequirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX and product designExpert-level proficiency in Figma, including:Auto LayoutDesign SystemsComponent ArchitectureInteractive PrototypingStrong experience in:WireframingUser flowsInteractive prototypingHigh-fidelity visual designResponsive and mobile-first designNative or fluent in both Arabic and EnglishStrong hands-on experience designing for RTL (Right-to-Left) interfaces and Arabic digital productsProven experience working on real-world digital products from concept to launchStrong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and modern UX methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in agile product environmentsFamiliarity with front-end development principles and handoff processesExperience using tools such as FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, or similar collaboration platformsKnowledge of UX research and data-driven design approaches
