The Plaza Residences, a luxury serviced apartment and part of AYANA Hospitality Management, is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical systems throughout our properties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.
ResponsibilitiesInspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems including lighting, controls, wiring, and electrical equipment.Respond promptly to electrical issues and execute repairs to minimize downtime.Perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid electrical failures.Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve electrical problems.Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and reports.Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment as required.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred.Minimum 1 years experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety procedures.Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults efficiently.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments.
