Credence has an immediate need for a Facility Manager at a senior level to support the C2ISR Division requires infrastructure/enterprise support that oversees, assists, and advises the Division on a wide array of functions and tasks that support successful LCM to reach mission performance goals. The infrastructure/enterprise support defined in this PWS enables the C2ISR Division to execute LCM tasks that are on budget, on schedule, and meet performance requirements with minimal or no risk to mission success. The infrastructure/enterprise support works directly with the Division and Branch leadership to ensure business processes successfully executed and adhered to, that Division programs are compliant with law, regulation, and policy, and that program data is properly defined, documented, and utilized to meet mission needs.
The A&AS Contractors supporting this program ensure consistency in Division policy, serve as Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure programs are meeting law, regulation, and policy directives, and ensure the successful execution of both Acquisition personnel shall provide contracting, financial/cost management, QA assistance, program integration, facility management, security program administration, administrative, clerical and management assistance, and logistics management A&AS as required by the Government.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the duties listed below:
The Facility Manager shall perform work in a wide range of support and management assignments such as managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. The position plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standardsRecord and maintain information on safety certifications and inspectionsManage data, adjust, and track work ordersAct as a liaison/focal point with all functional branches and shop supervisorsProject work schedules and recurring work plansDispatch service calls and do-it-now emergency response teamsCollect and record budget informationCoordinate with engineering technicians for mechanical equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire systems, stand-by emergency power, and related preventative maintenance programsOversee the assignment of reserved parking spacesOversee the cleaning and maintenance of facilitySupport Group readiness for Base Readiness Exercises and Unit Compliance Inspection activities as requiredHelp manage Division self-inspection process, including checklist tracking and completion, MICT AdministratorUtilize SOCCER, Workflow, Livelink, and other necessary Government tracking systemsManage all Official Mail, Fed Ex, and UPS pickups/deliveriesAssist with Building Evacuation Plans, ensure compliance with accountability requirementsRequirements
Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have an active or current Secret security clearance verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in DoW/DoD acquisition.Or bachelor’s degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in DoW/DoD acquisition. Or, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in DoW/DoD acquisition.
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience managing DoW/DoD or other Government facilitiesExperience planning and budgeting for facility renovations, modifications, or updates to include communication infrastructure and electrical/power capability.Benefits
