We’re now looking for our first Technical Support Engineers to take part in building our technical support organisation from scratch. You will be supporting, and ensuring a positive user experience by providing proactive, comprehensive and exceptional customer service. You will be a crucial member of Tink’s B2B organisation where we power some of Europe’s largest banks and fastest growing fintech unicorns. About the role Take ownership in resolving customer support requests from our Enterprise and self-service customers (Banks to startups/fintechs) Diagnose and provide creative solutions to complex customer problems and issues Reproduce and debug customer-reported issues that goes cross all our products and tech Identify key trends in customer issues and work with our Product teams to improve the overall customer experience and quality Work with product and engineering teams to design and implement improvements to our internal support tools Required skills and experience Analytical mindset that enjoys problem solving Customer centric and service oriented Excellent written communication Fluent in English Experience providing technical/developer support at a technology company Preferred experience Experience from using APIs and with a developer background Experience from MySQL Degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
