About this role
Minimum experience 2 years from working in similar teams Extrovert and supporting way of working Fluent in Swedish and English Experience from banking business Broad IT-competence; computers, network, phones, AV-equipment, MS Office- Windows competence. The Connect IT BAR enables users to go directy to our service point and get support directly without calling servicedesk. A ticket will be created by the service personell and the user will get the support they need. Fujitsu is now looking for Agents to the IT Service team to work with The Connect IT BAR.
