About this role
We are looking for a professionally trained chef with a diploma from a cooking school, who must have educational and professional experience in Peruvian food. Traditional dishes, creative kitchen, pastry & desserts, Peruvian ingredients and flavors. We are a fish and sea food restaurant so focus on this area is essential. We are a small restaurant in need of a master chef to run one of the restaurant shifts, therefore experience In running a kitchen is essential. It is desirable if he/she can provide advice on Peruvian ingredients used for mixology. As we have requests to give workshops in Peruvian food, experience in giving classes or training to the general public is an advantage. Having ran a kitchen, knowledge of health, costing and kitchen management issues is beneficial. Spanish and/or English necessary, Swedish language is a plus. International experience is also a plus. We are looking at applicants in Sweden and Europe in general.
