Customer Service Representative / Salesperson – Mobility Rentals (Remote)Position OverviewRemoteVA are looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives / Salespersons to join our Mobility Rentals team. In this role, you will assist customers with mobility equipment rentals, process orders over the phone, coordinate deliveries, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the rental process.
The ideal candidate has strong sales and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires clear and professional English communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer support while also identifying sales opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & CommunicationAnswer inbound calls and assist customers with mobility rental inquiriesGuide customers through the rental process and recommend suitable products or services based on their needsServe as the main point of contact during the entire rental cycleProvide timely updates regarding delivery schedules, rental status, and order changesHandle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficientlySales & Order ProcessingAssist customers in placing rental orders over the phoneUpsell additional rental products or services when appropriateAccurately process customer orders and paymentsMaintain a professional and customer-focused sales approachFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat businessCoordination & Administrative TasksCoordinate with delivery personnel regarding delivery schedules and order statusUpdate customer information, orders, and notes in company systemsUse Gmail, Google Sheets, and Stripe for daily operationsMonitor ongoing rentals and ensure smooth communication between customers and the operations teamMaintain accurate records and organized documentation
QualificationsPrevious experience in Customer Service and Sales is requiredHospitality experience is a strong advantageExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsConfident and professional phone presenceStrong multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable handling customer concerns and sales conversationsExperience using Gmail, Google Sheets, and Stripe or similar platformsReliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
