The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, engaging prospective clients, and helping drive business growth through effective sales strategies. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationResearch and identify potential clients and business opportunitiesBuild and maintain lead lists through online research and outbound prospectingQualify leads based on company criteria and client needsConduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channelsMaintain organized records of prospects and follow-up activitiesCold Calling & OutreachPerform outbound cold calls to prospective clientsIntroduce company products or services professionally and confidentlyBuild rapport quickly with potential customersHandle objections effectively and maintain positive conversationsSchedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team when applicableFollow up consistently with leads to increase conversion opportunitiesSales ResponsibilitiesPresent products or services clearly and persuasivelyIdentify customer pain points and offer suitable solutionsAssist in moving leads through the sales pipelineMeet or exceed daily and weekly sales or lead generation targetsMaintain professionalism and excellent customer service throughout all interactionsCRM & Administrative TasksUpdate lead and customer information accurately in the CRM systemTrack communication history, follow-ups, and sales progressMaintain organized reports and sales activity recordsAssist with data management and lead tracking while CRM setup is still in progressCollaborate with team members and management regarding lead status and sales updates

QualificationsPrevious experience in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, or salesStrong English communication skills, both spoken and writtenConfident speaking with prospects over the phoneAbility to handle rejection professionally and remain motivatedSales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesReliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
