OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (SUPPORT) We are looking for an Operations Specialist for Voi’s Operations team. As a Support OS, you will be working at our Headquarters and at the heart of Europe’s first dockless bike share company! Primary Job Duties: · Identifying and assessing customer’s help inquiries to provide quality support. · Building and maintaining positive relationships with users (customers). · Collecting and reporting data to operations manager.
