About this role
A broad IT competence combined with good communication skills are success factors in this role. Fluent speaking and writing in at least Swedish- and English languages are required. Support Specialist / Commercial Order Support resource. This person is to become a team member of a newly formed group called User Centric Support. Our responsibility is to act as a level 2 function for many end user services, but we also have responsibility for handling all kind of order support issues. Main part as a level 2 support after the customer has been at Customer Support but for some of our cases we are also support level 1 for Commercial operations towards our Access Management group. Our Support Specialists / Commercial Order Support Specialists are most of the time engaged in making orders in our customer’s internal systems, some third-party supplier portals, troubleshooting to solve incidents and other administrative duties that supports our End-Users. Our end users contact us through email, phone and Skype. We also work in our ticket handling systems with cases escalated from level 1. For our client in Södertälje we are looking for a support specialist / Commercial Order Support resource.
