Summary As a Supply Chain Planner, you will work together with the sales team and report to VP Sales and Marketing. You will be responsible for the Supply process from Forecasting and Order Desk to delivery of solutions including Products and SW to our customers worldwide. In the forecasting process, you will work together with Tilgin Sales and in close co-operation with ODM’s and Manufacturing Partners based in Taiwan and Hong Kong. The responsibility for the Order Desk includes handling of Customer orders, Purchasing from ODM’s, shipping and interface to Tilgin Finance for invoicing. Other responsibilities include Inventories and Warehouse. Experience To be successful in this role you have a background including minimum 3 years in Supply Chain Management. You have experience in working in an international environment and preferably with Asian ODM’s. Work experience from purchase order and sales order handling from ERP systems, is required. Tilgin ERP system is Jeeves. We think you also have worked with transport planning and cooperation with sea, road, air and warehousing logistics partners. You also have the ability to plan projects, Material Authorizations and shipments with precision, including taking proactive measures to prevent disruption of the forecasted supply. Desired skills The candidate should have strong administrative, documentation and communication skills. You should be process driven, self-contained, dedicated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Be able to take initiatives and full responsibility in planning to assure fulfilling customer requirements and expectations. Tilgin works in a multicultural environment so the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. For this role we also see Mandarin language skills as an advantage. The position is an administrative role and we put emphasis on that you work with accuracy and structure. Location The location of the position is at the Tilgin office in Kista/Stockholm. The employment lasts until further notice. The position is a full-time employment.
