We’re looking for a Player Support Specialist with oodles of passion and proactivity to join us here in Stockholm, Sweden! Working in our RPG Studio, you’ll be embedded in the game team for Angry Birds 2 and we would want you to level up to being senior in your role relatively quickly. Sound good so far? Your key tasks and responsibilities would be: - Take an active role in the live operations of Angry Birds 2 as part of the development team - Being fully aware of new updates, their impact on player experience and any actions Rovio may take to mitigate potential player pain - Managing our support partners in both day-to-day operations and with a view to long-term sustained excellence in the work they do - Own backlog prioritisation from the player perspective - Provide timely and routine player-centric reports to the game team - Continually maintaining and improving player self-help channels - Answering player support emails concerning technical problems and usability issues following Rovio guidelines - Training, educating and instructing external player support team members - Share best practices from the ways of working within your title across the player support organisation to ensure that we can all improve from each other - Bringing proactive improvements and solutions to both game and player support roadmaps - Leading or participating in projects concerning both game and player support development when needed.
