On behalf of our client, and international dairy company, MultiMind is looking for a Norwegian-speaking customer service agent. About the company Danone is a world-leading dairy company. The company owns several well-known brands, and in this position you will be working for a fast-growing brand that produces plant-based products. The company has offices all over the world, and this role sits at the Nordic headquarter in Solna. About the job You will be working with customer service towards Norwegian customers. Your primary focus will be to assist customers via mail and telephone, and ensure that their problems are solved. Customers will turn to you with product related questions, opinions, claims and everything in between. This is a part-time position with working hours between kl 8.30 to 15.30. The profile We want to get in contact with you, who speak Norwegian and is interested in customer service.
