Do you have a customer centric approach and love customer retention and service? The role Rebtel is looking for a hands on Analyst to join our Customer Support team in Stockholm. In your role you will focus on the drivers behind satisfaction and recommendation rates. We are looking for a hands on person who is ready to join a team with the focus of understanding our customers and delivering excellent customer support. Responsibilities Work with the team and track support analytics Track Customer Support team performance Provide the Customer Support Team Lead with data to identify opportunities Assist quality assurance team with reports and data Work proactively with customer cases when focusing on quality and resolution Requirements: Proficiency in English and Spanish Experience in customer centric service University business degree or similar Preferably 0-2 years of experience in analytical roles or hands on project management To compile and analyse data - this is part of your DNA General knowledge and interest in automated processes We are looking for: A hardworking individual who thrives in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines Someone who is into the details and passionate about quality A fast learning and dedicated person who is ready to grow with Rebtel Someone who embraces a multi-cultural environment We are Rebtel.
