On behalf of Ericsson we are looking for a Information Desk Manager. This is a unique opportunity to support operations within the Ericsson Studio as an Information Desk Manager. With about 500 key customer engagements per year, you will together with the team be part of planning customer activities including selective events at Ericsson Studio. In addition, the selected person will take ownership for a a cross unit development project and or dispatch of new requests in the booking tool. This position will report to the Head of the Experience center and the additional responsibilities are listed below. Responsibilities & Tasks • Welcoming external and internal visitors with a service level beyond the usual • Guiding and supporting them based on their needs e.g. calling taxi services • Handling team group mail and telephone one number • Responsible for the reception area, meeting rooms and related rooms to the Ericsson studio • Handling bookings of meeting rooms etc. • Daily service operation of all Nespresso coffee machines • Handle orders for food, drinks and other supplies • Plan and selectively manage and deliver events in the Ericsson Studio Who are we looking for? • You are quality conscious, correct and service oriented • You understand the importance of a professional and flexible customer relationship • Hard skin • Have previous experience as a receptionist or other service center • Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing • Have Customer orientation in everything you do Preferred Qualification & Experience Requirements • Have worked previously in main receptions • Delivered small events • Additional Requirements, Physical Demands, Region/Local Specification • Working in sales support positions • Master multiple languages Job Location Stockholm Kista Sweden Contact Person: Joacim Lingman [email protected]
