At present we are seeking for an Internal Sales and Operations Specialist (part-time) for our sales branch in Stockholm (Sweden). The tasks to be performed are listed below: • Carry out sales quotes • Be in charge of purchasing orders from customers • Help the external sales staff to plan the business trips • Be in charge of administration issues • Answer the phone • Deal with customers directly (on the phone) • Deal directly with the headquarters in Spain in order to manage shipments, problems, delivery times, prices and so on • Other operations and administrative tasks Venair is a multinational leading company in manufacturing, designing and distributing silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for multiple industrial sectors such as food industries, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, energies, automotive, aerospace, railway...
