Customer Service Representatives Are you looking for a varied, challenging (and fun!) summer job, with English as the working language? Touring Cars Stockholm is now recruiting for summer 2019. Touring Cars is one of the largest motorhome holiday companies in Europe, with stations located in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Estonia, Spain, France and the UK – and new stations opening every year. This growth is only possible due to our unwavering commitment to providing the perfect holiday experience for our customers. Each motorhome holiday is unique, and our customers are given the freedom to explore Europe as they see fit. However, they will only have an exceptional holiday if they are being looked after by an exceptional group of people. As part of our summer staff during the busy high season you will enjoy wide variety of responsibilities that can include customer service, administrative tasks, sales, technical support, cleaning and vehicle transfers from other rental stations. Full training is provided so no motorhome–related experience is necessary to apply, though experience in a rental industry can be beneficial. We are looking for motivated, flexible, confident team members who are going to be able to learn quickly and enjoy the challenges of this exciting role. Several contract length options are available, but availability between June-August is essential. Requirements: Class B driving license Customer service experience Ability to remain positive and self-motivated in fast-paced work environments Flexibility in both work tasks and working hours Ability to learn quickly Ability to work as part of a team as well as take independent responsibility Fluent in English Fluency in other languages an advantage (especially German) Apply now to be part of our team this summer!
