About this role
- Bachelors or Master’s in Engineering or other related degree - Fluent in English and preferably in Swedish too. - Self-driven team player able to work cross functionally. Technical Skills - Good knowledge of wired and wireless networks with Firewalls and wireless security measures such as WPA2, 802.1x - Identification of weak points in networks (wired and wireless) and mitigating them - Good knowledge of networking systems and protocols - Good programming and software development skills - Fundamental knowledge of current Wireless and Wired Enterprise Security standards, guidelines and practices - Fundamental understanding of present day vulnerabilities in modern networks - Fundamental understanding of the following security domains: Cryptography, Data Communications, Computer Operations Security, Telecommunications & Network Security, Security Architecture & Models - Basic knowledge of stateful and next generation type firewalls - Experience with netflow based performance and security monitoring solutions is desirable YOUR ROLE - The Entry Level Industrial Security Engineer works under guidance of the security specialist in the Network and Cyber Security team to ensure that all applications and systems are built, maintained and protected in accordance with policies, standards, and compliance requirements so that the risk is managed appropriately. The candidate will assist with developing and implementing appropriate network security solutions globally. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop Network Security Systems Design (detailed and final design with documentation) - Stay up to date with industry standards and latest on network security vulnerabilities and countermeasure. - Product development for next generation communications systems.
