Education/training Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level. Experience We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more. Required experience for this role: - Experience as a test lead - Experience from SW development and the various tests needed to verify good quality. - Several years of experience in verification. - Experience of trouble shooting and continuous integration/delivery strategy. - Experience of test automation. - Good competence in telecom and real-time systems. - Technical experience from telecom and telecom equipment. - Experience as Test/Project Manager in the HW R&D area. Work language: English Meriting: - Experience from SW development and industrialization/production is beneficial. - Swedish Your tasks: - As a Test Manager you will assure that the "flow" goes through its life cycle with the most efficient test coverage, focusing on the long-term quality - Responsibilities include test analysis as well as supporting teams and project management by driving, improving and communicating the test strategy. - testing in Telecom and of real time system product development. - includes making analyzes and to formulate and communicate test strategies for efficient testing. The Consultant roll As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed.
