Managing projects from cradle to grave through full lifecycle including project conception, initiation, analysis, planning, execution, delivery and closure. Delivering projects without dedicated project resources, the technical teams use Scrum or Kanban. Understand both business and technology well enough to be an effective bridge between the two. Meeting deadlines and ensuring clear expectation management. Risk analysing and planning capabilities. Ensure quality and security has been appropriately defined, tested and implemented. Communicating effectively with stakeholders on all levels. Build strong relationships with external third parties and run procurement projects. Coordinating with other Project Managers in the team around resource need, dependencies and synergies.
