Qualifications and Experience Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (ICT) or equivalent Deep and broad knowledge and experience across IT service portfolio. Knowledge and skills Investigates and solves complex problems that require substantial analysis by developing existing procedures, techniques & methods. Impels improvement and change. Can guide and lead others in the work. Speaks & writes English well. Uses English on a daily basis in the work context. ITIL certified Agile/Lean Linux Administer, Configure and Upgrade Linux systems (e.g. Red Hat, SUSE, Debian/Ubuntu) Knowledge in tools and concept (experiance in build and manage an enterprise Linux infrastructure) Scripting Design, deploy and maintain a network running under Linux Administer the network services Skills to create and operate a network in any major Linux distribution How to securely configure the network interfaces Knowledge in Linux architecture Network & IP Proven hands-on network engineering experience, IP Internetworking and LAN Switching Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, STP) Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools. Network management, network availability and capacity planning Internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network Lab environment LTE and wireless technologies Stateful firewall, SSL and VPN CCNA or JNCIA-SA Certification, Higher Juniper certification would be added advantage. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Engineers Assignment Plan and operate the software and hardware solutions.
