IN YOUR APPLICATION WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR: - Four years of related work experience in software development and quality assurance - Experience in a variety of software development lifecycles and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall - Hands-on testing and test management experience - Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies - ISTQB certificates are desirable REQUIRED SKILLS: - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish - Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills - Good organizational skills and able to work independently - Good analytical skills DESIRED SKILLS: - Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery - Experience with infrastructure architecture - Experience different test automation frameworks - Experience with GDPR - Experience with IT-Security We expect you to be able to grasp complex tasks quickly, enjoy working in team and be eager to invest in your own professional development and want to keep your technical toolkit up to date. - Develop and lead the software development and testing process, planning and documentation - Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, functional and performance requirements of the system - Recommend design improvements to engineers throughout the development process - Coordinate all testing related activities and ensure adherence to the company practices and standards - Develop metrics to report the test progress and monitor the general quality of the system - Create test plans and develop test approaches in accordance with the company test strategy - Create, maintain and execute test cases, test scripts and procedures to test new and existing functionality - Communicate test progress, test results and other relevant information to appropriate stakeholders - Ensure that the output of the software development process corresponds to the business and technical requirements - Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous and verifiable - Assist in creating use cases to ensure that the relevant functional and non-functional requirements are collected - Manage defects and incidents - Continuously look for opportunity to improve software quality and related processes The department IT Operations is responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of the production platform to deliver our products.
