Key Qualifications: •B.Sc. or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar •Preferably, have several years’ experience working with HW development •Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge •A good understanding & knowledge of Telecommunications Networks •Have an interest to constantly learn, communicate, interact, share information, and are willing to help others. Between organizations, internally and externally outside Ericsson •Ability to work in teams with minimal supervision but also ability to take initiative and work independently when needed •A quality mindset, ability for strategic thinking and a drive to always improve •Open minded and analytical, problem-solving skills •Keep commitments, deliver results, and put the customer first •You have sense of ownership, are analytical, structural and result oriented •You are innovative and will find creative solutions when lacking information Additional Requirements: •An understanding of test tools & HW used in Ericsson lab •Competence in Cadence front end tool •High speed link design and digital HW design experience •Modularity thinking and worked with modular design •Able to handle databases •Verification and trouble shooting in HW lab Predicting the future is fun. Ericsson’s challenges and opportunities Job Summary: We are now looking for a Developer to maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
