* Driven and self-motivated person who can brake down complex tasks to concrete action items * A person who has strong communication and social skills * An organized person who can handle different tasks at the same time * Directly reporting to Project Manager and Senior Vice President of RFID * Working closely with RFID clients deploy a pre-developed software solution both on and off-site, inclusive of setting up readers on the network, implementing software on Handhelds in addition to support, troubleshooting and performing system and integration tests with the on-going release cycles. * Working closely with Project Manager and support with Quality assurance of both systems and processes in order to meet clients expectations by delivering on time and according to requirements * Awareness and understanding of RFID technology and it's benefits * Exposure to RFID projects for Retailers is beneficial but not essential * Experience in complete Software development lifecycles * Proven experience in Quality Assurance * Experience in working with Agile methods * Ability to travel * We are a company with talented people who love to bring business value to our clients * We are dynamic and work in a fast paced environment that is constantly changing * We know RFID and how it can help our clients reach it's goals * We are a global company with our head office in Plano, Texas
