We expect you to have: Excellent - knowledge in Retail processes & systems, Supply chain Management industry domains - knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java, UNIX Scripting and Pro*C. - business communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, team management & motivation skills Exposure to solution life cycle management (concept, design, market and monetize solutions/ services) , Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements Working experience in multiple countries. Experience - in system configuration and business process analysis & design - with Oracle retail applications and integration tools are required - of presentation and product demonstration Provide - industry best practices and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the solution design - Technical/ Functional Leadership in the areas of MOM modules, Forms, Pro*C, PL/ SQL, Data Migration, Batch Processes and database set up activity Knowledge of Conversion Strategies & instance consolidation Supervision and alignment of various work streams at critical milestones Should have provided Proactive suggestions in the Business Area with your expertise and at least : - 10 years experience in Retail Business processes - 10 years of experience in providing Oracle Retail MOM suite & Inventory Management implementation and maintenance and Support on Oracle/Java platform. - 8 years experience in defining and reviewing technical requirements for the Oracle RMS application. - 8 year’s experience in creating technical designs for the individual RICE components, based on the business requirements provided in the RICE functional designs - 6 years experience in the detailed design of application and technical architecture components - 6 years’ experience in developing and unit testing assigned RICE objects as well as fixing defects - 6 years’ experience in Oracle Retail customization/extensions methodology With us you will be responsible for Responsibility for solution architecture delivery in Oracle Retail, overall quality of deliverables. Responsibility for Follow up with other Team members Flexibility in resolving problems/issues that attest to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards within the relevant field of specialization Participation in technical workshops Be a part of the team that creates solution descriptions and design documents Communication to both internal and external colleagues. Prepare, arrange and conduct meetings and presentation with customer as well as with the offshore team.
