It is required that the skills are both deep and broad and when it comes to APO and SD the skills must be both technical as well as functional. and the person should be able to take lead in implementations. As we perform both implementations as well as AMS work it is required that this person has long experience from full lifetime SAP implementations as well has managed AMS delivery. As we are looking for a senior person it is also required to have leadership experience from leading global teams with a mix of onsite and offshore people.
