IT Continuous Improvement Associate Electrolux IT has launched Continuous Improvement initiative to accelerate overall business improvements through process optimization, culture change and lean methodologies across the organisation - in order improve user experience and process improvements. The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible to drive CI initiatives as well as coach team members. You will be expected to lead functional/cross-functional end-to-end process improvements across Electrolux IT with high-impact results as well as strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organization. A REGULAR DAY AT WORK You will You will • lead CI initiatives • implement the lean tools and methodologies to achieve the business objectives • follow-up/track the progress of implementation of CI • build local capabilities by deploying all CI training and improvement activities according to defined standards as well as coach other CI team members • promote CI best practices sharing the organization YOU Business acumen. You love to be interface with the Business and work with other Electrolux offices around the world on a daily basis Curious. You are always interested in what other departments are up to and have a good idea of what’s happening inside and outside of Electrolux A people person. You thrive in large, diverse groups and get a kick out of meeting new people. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Strong project / process management skills Strong problem solving / analytical skills Experience in remote management & virtual collaboration Knowledge/understanding of Lean / Agile Tools preferred Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics Venue: Stockholm HQ (Sweden)
