About this role
The IT Security Officer plays a central role in shaping and securing the IS/IT landscape within the business area. The role is diverse and covers both strategic and operational aspects. The successful candidate will not only have the relevant technical qualifications, but also be very strong socially; building relationships internally, as well as strategic partnerships with peers and vendors externally. Key responsibilities - Pro-actively working with IT security within the business area, as well as representing the business area in Group contexts - Reviewing and providing guidance related to IT security aspects, during the selection and implementation of platforms, applications, and infrastructure, for the business area and the Group - Supporting R&D departments, as needed, to safeguard security is managed in development of connected products - Ensuring policies and the security framework is constantly evolving, based on market requirements and capabilities when introducing new technologies - Working hands on to audit the adherence to security policies and together with stakeholders mitigate risks - Educating the organization to minimize the human factor as a security risk - Sharing synergies and best practices between units and within the Group - Specialization in the field IT Security, ranging from traditional on-prem, to state-of-the-art cloud solutions - Broad understanding of business processes and connectivity, preferably from the manufacturing industry - Experience in managing transformation projects, and new development projects - A solid track record, displaying skills within leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to build relationships - Deep insights to technology and integrations, with special focus on solutions delivered by strategic platform vendors such as Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, to name a few Requirements This role requires several years of relevant cross functional experience spanning both business processes, as well as technology. Personality We are looking for a result-oriented individual that is creative and forward thinking. The role requires very strong social skills and a collaborative mindset, where negotiations on different levels within the organization play a crucial part in succeeding with the mission. Fluency in English is a must. Location This position will be located in Sweden and requires flexibility to travel.
