About the company: Enformica AB offers professional consulting services within the area of Business Intelligence primarily to its subsidiary company, Simurgh Advisory, which in its turn offers a wide range of services with tools and expertise to the customers. Our services are extended (but not limited) to the following areas: Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Services Financial Intelligence (FI) Customer Intelligence (CI) Supply Chain Intelligence (SI) We help companies to become more successful by making the organization more data driven. About the role In order to help our customers with their Supply Chain business in the Middle east and Asia we need to expand our SI section with focus on trading within Turkey and Dubai. Therefore we need an experienced supply chain specialist who will help us to establish strategies to adjust our services to be applicable in these countries. As supply chain expert you will have a significant impact on development and execution of our services. You will guide the company to find ultimate solutions for our customers within the area of supply chain, logistics and trading. You will help our software development team to understand the workflow of our customers, all the way from finding vendors, purchasing goods to physical logistic flows, including transportation, warehousing and distribution. You will be responsible to grow our SI section which is supposed to develop to an independent department with 5 employees within 2 years. You are expected to have tight cooperation with other teams such as R&D, Customer Support, Sales and Finance in various projects. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Expanding customer stock: - Helping our R&D department to understand the needs of the market, enabling them to develop Business Intelligence solutions within the area of supply chain for Asian and Middle eastern market - Acquiring, retaining and developing profitable customer relationships. - Manage the relationship with the countries of interest: creation of KPIs, improvement plans, physical/cycle stock counts 2. Productivity road map: - Identify opportunities in the market - Build a 2-year productivity roadmap 3. Contract management: - Act as Key Account Manager for middle eastern customers - Responsible to initiate and prepare new tenders and contracts About you We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics: Previous experience in Logistics, Purchasing and driving projects Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent At least 7 years of relevant experience within the area preferably as supply chain specialist, commercial or financial manager of trading companies, having been involved in decision making process Having a thorough understanding of financial management and transactions within the mentioned area and related problems where business Intelligence solutions can be applied Experience of working with IT development or BI companies is meritorious but not required Trading experiences in an international level with focus on Middle eastern and Asian countries preferably with experience in transportation and insurance issues In order to succeed in this role you need to be outgoing with collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Pro-active and solutions oriented and constantly looking for ways to improve current state Self-driven and with a strong sense of accountability Analytical and able to analyze and present data and propose actions based on findings Application Recruitment is ongoing and we evaluate the candidates as they apply.
