Our Product Area Parts and Services provides the Sales Areas with aftermarket offerings and spare parts globally, and our Parts & Services Commercial Transformation team is responsible for the aftermarket sales development. Driving development initiatives, we have, among others, developed and implemented global, standardized processes and systems to optimize performance across all Sales Areas. To continue on this journey, we are now looking for a Commercial Training Manager to join our Transformation team, working with commercial training development. Your mission – To actively map and initiate training actions to future proof our Sales organization As Commercial Training Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing sales-facing training programs, ensuring frontline sales channels have the skills, knowledge, tools and resources they need to achieve proactive and value-added sales excellence. Together with other resources within the department, you review existing skills sets and competencies for order desk employees in regional Sales Areas. You identify knowledge and skill requirements and initiate relevant trainings in cooperation with local HR organizations and Sandvik Competence Development to maximize training programs and enable a consistent training process. As you contribute to the ongoing success of the organization, you also develop a coaching and reinforcement program for the sales managers. You evaluate existing courses and sales training programs and initiatives and you make recommendations for improvement in order to maximize the value of the programs to the Sales organization. Furthermore, you develop a roadmap to transform sales staff to become experts and digital champions. In this position, you report to the Parts & Services Commercial Transformation Manager, and international travel is a natural part of your job. Your character – A networking professional with eyes set on operational excellence We are looking for someone with a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, HR or Administration, and project management qualification or relevant experience. You have at least five years’ experience from training and training program development and implementation of sales training, along with a background as coach or trainer within a relevant field. Additionally, you also have at least three years’ experience from working with training needs assessment, instructional design, and program evaluation. You also have demonstrated knowledge of Training Tools, their functionality, development and implementation. Operational experience in design and implementation of non-technical programs is also necessary to succeed. Extensive knowledge of CRM system and eBusiness applications, such as Document Scanning, Direct Connect and eBusiness are also needed, as are Microsoft tools such as Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, Word, Access and Visio. Lastly, as we operate in an international setting, you both speak and write in fluent English.
