In addition, the SME Internal Control & SOX participates to the other activities of the Unit, based on profile and competence. Responsibilities & Tasks Tasks are including, but are not limited to: Expertise in SoD (your expertise will be built over time) SoD reports analysis Pre-approval of SoD waivers Support the Secretary of the SoD Board Annual review of the SoD Risk & Rules matrix SOX Control execution SOX Compliance Manager Network & other relevant networks: meeting and activity coordination to enhance remediation activities related to Segregation of Duties Additional tasks will be decided based on profile and competence, eg Report Baseline Testing.
