Required qualifications Experience building and nurturing audiences in social media and creating lively, engaging content for a consumer audience A deep understanding of and interest in video game culture and communities Fluency in written and spoken English Interest in and experience with the games developed by Paradox Development Studio is preferrable Basic knowledge of Photoshop and video editing tools is preferable, but not necessary Key responsibilities: Manage, grow and cultivate healthy communities for assigned brands Initiate new and innovative community activities to increase engagement Set and execute on channel growth strategies Manage all communications through owned channels (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Forum etc) – the “voice” of the brand Copywriting for campaign websites, patch notes and similar Feed actionable community feedback to marketing teams and developers Co-ordinate announcements, content posts and day-to-day planning with stakeholders (content producer, PMM, partner manager, PR agency, performance marketer) Manage freelance community moderators Paradox Interactive is a leading global publisher of PC-based strategy games.
