This means researching the market to find new potential customers, contacting cold leads and working hard to understand their needs in order to turn them into buying customers. It also means taking care of existing customers and working with our tech department to make sure that we deliver what our customer needs. The Account Manager reports to the CEO. Typical Tasks: - Finding new potential customers through, for instance, online searches, media research and networking - Contacting potential customer through email and phone - Running customer meetings with both new potential customers and existing customers - Identifying customer needs and pairing that with our products and services - Closing sales and signing contracts - Keeping in touch with existing customers via phone and email - Handing over a completed sale to the tech department for delivery - Buying leads to meet specific customer needs Their mission is to make sure that every time a person is contacted by a company they get an offer they are genuinely interested in. Their customers are companies and organizations that need help finding customers that want what they are offering. They do this by generating, refining and delivering leads to our customers. They are currently five colleagues working out of nice offices in Odenplan, Stockholm. They are expanding rapidly, both in Sweden and internationally.
