About this role
Education/training Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level. Experience We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more. Required experience for this roll: - Several years’ experience working as a Scrum master - Experience of teamwork with distributed teams - Hands on experience from R&D organizations - Experience in change management Work language: English Meriting - Swedish - Experience of project management of teams working with offshore - Assignment description - Lead and follow up on activities and initiatives according to Scrum - Facilitate the daily standup, set up retrospectives, sprint reviews - Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint - Coach the team both on individual level and team level - Support the team in prioritizing the daily work - Manage team in different sites - The roll includes change management Location: Stockholm Starting: May UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits. The Consultant roll As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
