About this role
We're looking for: - At least 2 years of industry experience as a software engineer - Experience of development for Linux/Unix systems Bonus points if you have: - Prior startup experience - Knowledge of technologies from these areas: distributed computations, messaging, NoSQL and SQL databases, high-load systems We are looking for a person who will work on distributed systems doing real-time stream processing of massive time series data. As an engineer you will work on a variety of areas such as developing efficient time series algorithms, designing REST APIs, writing microservices and others using Python or Go as programming languages. Technologies we use include RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra and PostgreSQL, Docker and Kubernetes. Watty is a fun and simple way to engage with your home energy.
