To speed up even more, we are now looking for a pro in digital content and editing to join our team. This position is located at our HQ at World Trade Center in Stockholm. Occasional travel is part of the job. YOUR MISSION – PUTTING THE LIGHT ON UX AND VISUAL ENGAGEMENT IN SANDVIK’S DIGITAL CHANNELS In this position, you lead the way in digital content and editorial work primarily for Sandvik’s external web and the intranet, and you do this in a manner that ensures appealing content reflecting Sandvik's visual profile, main messages and tone of voice – always with the aim to provide an exceptional user experience and to create engagement in all our channels. In this role, you also provide AD and UX guidance and advice to your colleagues. You actively initiate, produce and edit content such as articles, infographics, news texts, social posts, video clips and presentations, and handle publishing of news texts for both external web and the intranet. Keeping your ear close to the ground, you take front position in our work connected to target audiences and stay up to date with the latest trends in tools and platforms for digital communication and analysis. An important part of your mission is to ensure we apply a data-driven approach and to work closely with all Sandvik’s businesses to make sure our digital channels for communications develops successfully. This includes listening in on both users and content creators. Further, you will build a systemized way of ensuring the Intranet is kept up to date and according to existing policies and guidelines. YOUR CHARACTER – AN INSPIRING CONTENT CHAMPION We are looking for someone with a relevant degree in e.g. communication/marketing/journalism/visual design/programming, or the equivalent working experience. You have solid knowledge in content creation for digital channels, and proven strategic experience from a UX perspective. Being an expert in web publishing tools is essential in this role – as is your experience in data gathering and analyses for digital channels. Episerver, SharePoint and Office365 are key platforms in our business and you need to handle these effortlessly. Obviously, you are experienced in all social media platforms and it is a plus if you are familiar with WeChat. We expect an eye for - and documented competence in - graphic design and production, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (or equivalent). Naturally, you have a true talent for written communication and editorial actions, and as we are acting on a global stage, you are exceptionally skilled in both Swedish and English. Skills in other language is also beneficial. Your character fascinates us, as you have an eye for identifying stories and transferring ideas into concrete actions. You are not afraid of challenging yourself and the organization to create a captivating digital presence that have true impact on our business, and with strong stakeholder management and sincere interpersonal skills, you create trust and find solutions.
